How do I create my customer account?
You can create your account by clicking on the "little man" at the top right of the home page.
Enter your email address.
You will receive a six-digit code in your email inbox that you will need to enter on our website.
Creating your account will allow you to:
- Save your billing and shipping addresses for faster orders.
- Access your order history, the status of current orders, package tracking, etc.
- Receive Boreal Spirit newsletters to stay up to date on the latest fashion trends, product launches, special offers and exclusive deals online.
- To change your account settings, such as your username, password or addresses.
I forgot my password
With Boreal Spirit, there's no password to remember. Each time you log in to your account, you'll receive a six-digit code by email to make logging in easier.
Subscribe to the Newsletter
To do this, simply enter your email address in the Newsletter subscription section located at the bottom of the home page of the website https://boreal-spirit.com/
Unsubscribe from the Newsletter
If you no longer wish to receive the Borel Spirit newsletter, you can simply unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in one of our emails. Please note that your unsubscription may take a few days to be processed.
If you later change your mind, you can easily resubscribe to our newsletter on the Boreal Spirit homepage.
Your orders
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to make changes or cancel
your order, contact us within 24 hours of your order at: contact.borealspirit@gmail.com
Please note that after this time, if your order has already been processed and/or shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. In this case, you will be able to proceed with a return or exchange once the order has been received.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
You can also log in to your customer profile to track the status of your orders.
How to apply a promotional code to your cart?
Enter your promotional code in the designated area of your shopping cart. Once your cart is validated, the promotional code will automatically be applied to your order.
Some promotions are automatic and do not require a promotional code.
Our promotional and discount codes cannot be combined.
How long will it take to process my order?
The order is processed and validated within a maximum of 48 business hours after your order. You will initially receive an order processing confirmation email, followed by an email when it is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
We only ship in-stock products, from France or Saint-Barthélemy, depending on your location of purchase.
Once your order has been processed, it is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen (home or relay point), but on average, you will receive your package within a week.
By law, the maximum delivery time is 30 days. If this deadline is exceeded, please contact us at contact.borealspirit@gmail.com – we will be happy to assist you.

What is the composition of Boreal Spirit swimsuits?
Our swimsuits are made from premium Lycra , carefully selected for its softness and impeccable fit.
They are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances – to take care of your skin, as well as your well-being.
Made of 80% polyamide and 20% elastane , they offer absolute comfort and adapt perfectly to your movements, so that you can fully benefit from the energy of the natural stones that accompany them.

How do I choose my size?

Where do your Natural Stones come from?
At Boreal Spirit , each stone is selected with particular attention for its quality, its brilliance and its energy .
We work with a trusted supplier , an expert in gemology, who carefully sources our natural stones from different regions of the world, while respecting ethical and responsible criteria.

How to recharge Natural Stones?
Like any natural element, stones need to be recharged regularly to retain all their positive energy and their lithotherapy benefits .
Each stone has its own needs: some prefer moonlight, others the sun, or even gentle smudging with sage or palo santo.
To find out more, you can consult the "Our natural stones" section in the main menu , and an explanatory document is also included in each package , with all the purification and recharging advice adapted to your stone.
What should I do if my product has a defect?
All our products undergo rigorous quality control before each shipment, to guarantee you an impeccable experience.

What payment methods are accepted?
On our website, payment is processed immediately after your order is placed . We accept payments by Carte Bleue , Visa , Mastercard , as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for greater flexibility and security.
All transactions are fully secure thanks to our certified payment system, guaranteeing you a worry-free shopping experience.
We also offer international payment options to serve our customers all over the world.
How is payment secure?

Returns
What is our return policy?
In accordance with current legislation, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return and obtain a partial or full refund .
Before any return, it is imperative to obtain prior agreement from our customer service.

- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a defect in the swimsuit).
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

What are our return conditions?
For your return to be accepted and processed in the best conditions, the items must be returned in their original condition , with their packaging intact , all labels and any accessories included.
✨ In compliance with hygiene standards and to guarantee an impeccable experience for all our customers:
- Swimsuit bottoms should be tried on over your underwear , without removing the sanitary protection .
- Only unworn, unwashed, unstained and undamaged items will be eligible for a refund.
A return that does not comply with these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted.

What is the reimbursement period?
Once your return has been received and validated, we will refund the returned item within a maximum of 15 working days , directly to the payment method used when ordering .
📧 You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your package, specifying whether the refund is partial or complete , depending on the returned contents.

We invite you to keep your proof of return shipment in a safe place . For greater security, choose a traceable and secure shipping method.
Are the return costs for my order free?
In the event of an error on our part (incorrect item, size problem not conforming to the order, proven defect in the product), we will cover the return costs in full and will issue a full refund or exchange , depending on your preference.
On the other hand, if the return is made for a personal reason (change of mind, wrong size chosen, etc.) and the product has no defects, the return costs remain your responsibility .
